Missoula River Lodge Response to COVID-19

COVID-19 Information

The state of Montana is progressing through the phased reopening plan set in place.  Missoula businesses have resumed operations, including restaurants and the like, while adhering to new safety protocols and social distancing requirements.  Individual counties are able to enforce their own requirements and reopening timelines.

On May 19th, Governor Bullock announced that Montana will enter phase two of reopening on June 1st.  The mandatory 14-day quarantine requirement for out of state travelers will also be lifted on June 1st.  We hope to progress through stage two and into stage three without issue.

For the remainder of May we are continue guiding operations for Montana residents and travelers who meet the required government quarantine standards.  Our guides are excited to get back out on the water, and we are offering full day guided float trips at a highly discounted rate of $375 for the month of May 2020.

We are still cautiously optimistic about the season.  We plan to implement changes to the daily routine and will adhere to all current health and safety protocols. Our typical day on the water will certainly bring with it some new obstacles, and we are happy to adapt in these strange times.  This page will be updated with an outline of what to expect for your day on the water as well as new and relevant information as things progress.  Our blog and social media pages are additional sources for updates. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email if you have any questions or would like additional information.
